What to expect during a hormone health consultation

During your initial 1-hour consult I will:

undertake comprehensive case taking of your health history and current symptoms so I can identify your individual health needs
discuss your health goals and life priorities so I can devise a treatment plan that is realistic, practical, and sustainable for you
analyse any recent test results and/or request functional pathology testing to help find the cause/s and most effective treatment options for your hormone health issue
provide you with a treatment plan including dietary and lifestyle advice, as well as evidence-based herbal and nutritional medicine, that is tailored to your unique health needs and goals.

During monthly 30-min follow up consults I will:

review any functional pathology test results and monitor your progress to refine your treatment plan
provide support and guidance to keep you motivated and on track to reach your health goals
provide ongoing health education to give you the tools to manage your own hormone health once you have achieved your health goals.

Want to achieve

1-hour initial consultations are $195.
30-minute follow up consultations are $115.
For most reproductive hormone health conditions, you should expect to achieve lasting results within 3 months, with relief from symptoms like PMS often felt within your first menstrual cycle.
I space follow up consultations 4 weeks apart which gives adequate time to assess your progress and then fine tune the treatment plan, if required.
Blood or other pathology testing from the last 12 months and data from your period tracker or other health apps can be very helpful for me during your initial consultation.
I will also send you an intake form prior to your initial consultation to list the medications and supplements you currently take.
Yes, I offer both Zoom and phone consultations if you are unable to attend my Perth based clinic or live in regional WA or another Australian state.
I have had extensive training in how to safely prescribe both nutritional and herbal supplementation to avoid interactions with pharmaceutical medication.
I can safely prescribe both herbal and nutritional medicine to avoid contraindications with chronic and other serious health conditions, such as a history of breast cancer and autoimmune thyroid conditions, etc.
Should you need to change or cancel your appointment time, you will need to contact the clinic by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full consultation fee will still need to be paid.
